Apart from the usual type of ignored requests, I’ve asked several times for costs, statements, invoices and such regarding legal and litigation matters several times including foreclosure associated costs as well. I’m aware that my requests have been received as Lighthouse Management reps have acknowledged it. Still though, I’m not given any answers, not even a summary statement. It’s sure nice we’re paying over 34,000 dollars to have those answers provided, (never mind any extra thousands of dollars of office associated expenses were paying for.)
At they’re last inauguration celebration, a couple of former board members were concerned about excessive expenses even. (Too bad they didn’t have that concern when they could have stopped themselves from jumping off a cliff with our checkbook.) I’d sure be nice if other lay-members were concerned with the massive amounts of money the board is just throwing away. The former-board member had it right though because he has a lifetime of experience and I'm just an idiot, there's no way to control our spending habits.
