"Exterior doors of the clubhouse are to be kept locked and closed.

Be sure the clubhouse doors close firmly behind you as you enter or exit the building.  The building must be secure at all times to maintain a clean and safe environment for residents and their guests."

Personally, I think the rules are unnecessary and unfriendly.  But, the Board wrote the rules, and as an added reminder not to open the doors, installed alarms and video cameras.  Exactly who were the rules written for?
